INDEPENDENT SHOP OF THE YEAR

WAHOOOOOOOO!! We have officially made it to the VOTE in the competition for Middlesbrough's Independent Shop of the Year.

Now we really need you!! We know how much you love tea, we love tea, everybody loves tea. Well get them tea loving fingers clicking over onto this page and VOTE FOR US! Give us a like, comment or even a share to help us win this fantastic competition.
Voting ends on July 15th and then the Middlesbrough winner gets to compete for the national title of "Independent of the year" - This is too exciting!!

So, a little about us for those that don't know. We are an independent tea house based in Middlesbrough. We specialise in over 80 loose leaf teas along with lots of yummy homemade cakes, scones, sandwiches, bagels, quiches and a whole lorra lorra treats. (WE LOVE CILLA!)

We have been open just over 4 years and love being part of the community working with the local council, charities and other independent businesses. It was a little dream conjured up in 2009 that soon because a reality. From a one tea lady service, to an army of 4, we do love to brew up a storm.

It would mean the world for us to win! The tea ladies will be full of joy forever more.

We are a town with some fantastic independents that do not get the credit they deserve. Something like this helps build little places like this up from the ground. It's something we should all be proud off. Enough of my "support your independents" speech - get clicking and have a brew.

Filling out a 'no more than 30 words' was a challenge in itself - but we did it, and with your help we hope to do the same and win win win.

WE LOVE BEING INDEPENDENT. WE LOVE BEING PROUD. WE LOVE WHAT WE DO. WE LOVE OUR TEA BEES. WE LOVE OUR TOWN. WE LOVE TEA. WE WOULD LOVE TO WIN.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout these wonderful, tea and cake filled four years and a 'cheers' to even more!!! HAPPY VOTING X
