NEW YORK NEW YORK

Monday morning is here again. What better way to start the day than a delivery of fresh flowers to kick start the end of these summer days.

I thought I would let you all into a little secret of what tea lady life is really made up of. We are not only bakers, brewers, pot washers, sandwich makers, we are actually self taught florists too.

Monday morns start with a hot pot of 'Tea of the Week' followed by a quick diary organise then onto arranging some delightful fresh flowers. We like to make Tea House HQ nice and pretty for our lovely customers that will grace us during the week.

We put as much effort in to out little jam jars of petals as we put into our cakes and knowledgable customer service.

See tea lady life really is the best.

I was asked to try out the New York Bouquet* from Prestige's Haute Florist Range and they did not disappoint.

Mr delivery man popped through our little burgundy doors with a large box and I signed my name away to see what was hidden underneath. And oh boy!

The box was ever so big protecting these precious florals and they arrived with not a stem out of place.

After showing these off to everyone that stopped by for some yummy pastries it was time to pop these into our little jam jars so that we could share the flower love.

I totally know you all want to scream at me for splitting this bouquet up but we already had a HUGE display of flowers on our front counter and we just couldn't fit on any more. We had been sent some amazing displays from friends and firemen. Ohhhh yes! That is a story for another day let me tell you.

Prestige offer a speedy and swift service and deliver 7 days a week, so guys there ain't no excuses! They are one of the UK's leading online florists so go on treat yourself, because they sure will brighten up your day.

Not only do they create these amazing displays they also create hampers too. You know me, I love a good hamper. I mean these guys make bouquets from actual chocolate bars!

Thank you Prestige for sending me these delights, it really did make monday morning that little bit easier.

Now onto pot wash duties x
