I was on top of the world when I was asked to try out Pudding Club at 12 Harland Place in Norton.

FESTIVAL OF DENIM WITH NEW LOOK

I am not huge fan of shopping but putting together a few wish lists and seeing what goes with what has really got me in the summer shopping swing of things. Not to mention I am going on my jolly's in 3 weeks and I have pretty much got nothing really to wear and I totally inhaled a good 4 burgers this week.

This is my summer inspiration. I am a HUGE fan of denim, especially double denim. I just can't shake that look. Double Denim, Don't Care.

TEA LADY WEARS - BLUE & WHITE

So I thought what the heck!

I don't particularly like getting my picture taken. I don't particularly like getting my pale ass white pins out but you only live once and if the internet doesn't break when I upload a picture of myself then I guess I'm ok with that.

I have always hated having the camera pointed at me. So many insecurities and I am still to meet someone with a head as small as mine. Cue awkward posing....

BARKER & STONEHOUSE

Something amazing has landed in Teesside in the form of a new Barker and Stonehouse. Not only can you lose yourself in there for a good 2 hours - I really did! You can stay for lunch, put your feet up and get treated like a princess with flowing fizz and pink cupcakes.

You really gotta go see this place for yourself.

Situated in Teesside park, a 5 minute drive from Middlesbrough, this beauty welcomes you into the shopping park with open arms. This place is huge!

THE TEA BEES - PART 5

One whole day or organising or trying to organise my online life paid off.

So what am I waiting for? You all really want to see the yummies all you Tea Bee's devoured in the month of May.

A delightful cheese board with some grapes and crackers really get me in the 'I try my hardest' sophisticated mood.

NO7 HAUL

I was invited to No7's Youthful Replenishing Facial Oil launch last month and I thought I would tell you about the products I was lucky enough try out. I thought I would treat my skin and try to get it back to its normal self after a few months of being the ultimate stress ball.

CATTLE & CANE TEA BLENDING

We are all excited to be tea-ming up with the amazingly talented Cattle & Cane for the launch of their hand blended tea - right here in tea house HQ.

Now everyone loves a good cuppa and we thought what better way than to get these guys down for a little session and have a chin wag over a brew.

Helen and Joe stopped by one morning to get the wheels in motion. And oh what fun we had as we got down to business.

CONCEPT

As an independent shop, I have found myself seeking out more places like this when I visit different towns. I would much rather shop independent ALL the time, but sometimes it is impossible. I do feel like it has been made easier in the past few years with businesses branching out and finding new ideas to run with - which makes for a very happy tea lady indeed. To have Concept on my doorstep... What more could I ask for?
