I have really been on a blogging event roll these past few weeks. It has been truly amazing to be invited to some fantastic launches and being able to sample some local delights.

Now I am not too sure what you guys would do for a 'grilled cheese'? More known to us Northerners as a good old cheese toastie, this grilled toastie packs a heck of a lot more love than simply popping some cheddar into an old school trianglular toastie machine! There's no burnt edges here and it certainly doesn't resemble the kind of cardboard that you risk breaking your nashers for... this is the real deal.
